  Buying a vehicle here has been nothing but a clusterf**k. They withheld details about the loan approval from me, have not complied with a request for info on my buyout of my previous vehicle and I have been asking since I bought this vehicle for the book that come with it( user manual) an that's been over a month. They aren't good at returning your calls and often have excuses to explain why they didn't call or why they can't do what they said they were going to. If I could return this vehicle and get my old one back I would in a heart beat. I realized to late that this was not a helpful Car lot or one to provide a pleasant buying experience. I'd like to give this a negative star rating but it won't let me!

  Carloft is amazing. I dealt with Ryan, fantastic guy! I told him what i wanted to spend and he found me the perfect car. I got a call at 6:40pm saying he had found the one! And it was! It was a 2015 Kia Forte with 44,000kms. So if you are looking at Carloft.ca as a possible choice, pick it. You won’t regret it.

  Very happy with my boyfriend and I's experience with Carloft! Daniel was very patient with what we were asking and got us into a vehicle perfectly suited for our growing family. When we are ready for our second vehicle we will DEFINITELY be contacting him again!
